I have never had a "good" system in my car/truck and have always wanted to.

Well I guess now is the time.

still researching and I guess time will fix all my unknowing about car audio.

I have a 2003 single cab long bed Chevy 1500 Silverado

currently(came with) a Jensen Deck 5010m(I think) heard from people that its junk but it is what I have.

Most likely stock speakers and such

anyways, if anyone has ideas for me to get start... I would love to know

I was looking but not set on.....

2 - 10" subs(amp needed to power them)

speakers in door and back panels

Was looking at buying Infinity Subs and speakers... they good? I had two 5 1/4 speakers in my old jeep and they sounded awsome... are they still a good company?

and maybe later a new deck

wire to hook them all together

as you all can see..... I will be spending a lot more time researching and asking around before I start buying

I just meant I own a truck... and most people on this forum seem to own cars or SUVs
