How do u figure out the Hz to ur subs. People say tune it to 30 hz im like wtf tune what? the amp i have a rockford 700s amp and it has no hz option any help?

Ok well i dont need to worry about tuning because i have a sealed box but next box i get customed made i will have to worry about how many hertz it needs since it possibly could be ported for my mtx 8000's.
