What are these speakers for, and i mean for SQ or are they for everday listening? Does anyone own them here? Where can you buy them in the states?

I'd say sound quality. They are competitively priced speakers with great sound.

How would they compare do you think to Focal K2P and mind that these speakers are going to be used for everday listening and main music generes are rock,rap,R&B

Also i can get the hertz for 850 a set and 650 for the focal set. Which do u think would be a better buy

never heard the focal, loved the hertz, im doing the high end mlk2 in my car going active, so you know which one gets my vote

It's opinion based a lot of the time. I'd tip my hat to Hertz. Focal to me always sounds like car speakers, whereas Hertz are so well balanced I forget I'm in a car. If you don't mind forking over $200 extra bucks, I'd say Hertz. They are especially great in the r&b genre, if you ask me.

haven't heard the k2p's but i heard the mille on a soundboard. Sounded nice....a big upgrade from the hi-energy's on the soundboard. Midbass was better and overall clarity seemed better, however, i would like to have seen how it sounded in the car. The hi-energy in the car sounded way better than the soundboard. I think it would be tough for anyone tell you which would be better when many people probably haven't heard it in a car, and i assume very few people have heard both in a car.

I've heard the Hi eneryg's in a car. Haven't heard the mille's in a car, yet. I place my faith in them, however.

ive heard both in the same vehicle, off the same power the hi energies were louder, but he was only doing like 100x2 from a arc amp

to me midbass was better on the mlk165's, tweeter was smoother, just an overall cleaner speaker

but the hi energy is one of the best components in that price bracket ive ever heard

I called Hertz company, they gave me phone number of the closest dealer. The price I got for Hertz Mille MLK 165 is $699 and I believe at least you should get the same. I didn't even negotiate for lower price yet.

There is NO TAX in Oregon!!!!

I've chosen the MLKs over all the focal speakers, and I'm proud of my choice. They're agreat sounding speaker that go rank loud when i want them to. As the other guys are saying, my HSKs arnt quite as detailed and are a little harsh, but are still wicked awesome.

Also, the milles are more of a car speaker than the HSKs
