Hertz HDP5

Could I use 2 sets of Hertz HDP5 amps in three channel mode to power my front, rear speakers, and 2 subs. The amp is rated at 200 rms x 2 at 4ohms plus 550 x 1 at 2ohms for the sub. I would use one amp for the front speakers and 1 sub and the other for the rear speakers and the second sub. My subs are JL 12W6 dual 4 ohm. Would this make sense?

Yea, I can deff see that making sense... You gotta try your best to get the gains and frequencies on both amps to match, but that deff will work. You just gotta split the RCAs from the sub out to each amp and your good to go.
