Hertz 6x9's

I'm going to be purchasing the Hertz High Energy 6x9's soon and I need a little advice. These speakers require 130 watts rms. I have an amp that is rated at 60 watts rms per channel, the bench test sheet it came with says it tested at 91 watts rms per channel. My question is... Can I get away with powering 130 watt speakers with 60-91 watts rms?
