HELPS: Removing trailer hitch pin LOCK - no keys.

I bought a used hitch on ebay

for my rover so i can drag the jetski's out... problem is, the hitch pin came with a round / tumbler type lock on it and no keys.

its mounted to my truck now but based on the pic, you can see theres not much access to the hitch pin.

any ideas on how to remove this?

I would plasma cut it off.

it all comes off with 2 bolts. no big deal. swings down...

but even with it down.. the area that its in is restricting when it comes to firearms and dynamite.

was wondering if anyone with locksmith experience had ideas..
