help???

yea.... i built a new box because i thought that my 15" rf punch hx2 would sound better in a bigger box... i went from 2.4 cu ft. to 3.822 cu ft. with a 2.5 in long port 4" in diameter... its just not hitting at all.. the sub barely moves up and down half as much as it used to... it looks like i have it on the lowest volume but its as high as it goes and its puttin out very little bass... my amp light is on green so thats good, and input level is as high as it goes .. what is WRONG??????

2.5" port is really short, not sure if that has to do with it.. Gain setting probaly shouldnt be all the way up but that wouldnt have to do with it. Might be port, but it could be some settings..

it wasnt really hitting really as hard as it should have in the other box either.... maybe i just **** at building boxes or could it be the sub or amp ??
