I just got my PA a3000db in and it a nice looking thing. Very sleek and curvy. I like!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif But my question is, this amp is really loud when its on. Like if i have my music turned down then i can hear the amp's insides working and stuff. Should it be like that?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Also, i set my set everything about half way and also on my subsonic fltr., what should that be at? I really dont know that or the low pass filter. Thanks guys.

Yep, PA 3000's are typically noisy. I've owned (2) and purchased at least 7 more for other systems I've done and all of them have noisy fans. Just beat the hell out of your trunk and you'll never hear them.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

find the tuning of your box and set the ssf just below that. and really don't just set the gains at halfway and be happy...you really should set them properly (see the sticky in the amp section)

hmm, i never knew the A3000DB were noisey since they didn;t have mosfets :p

But as for my A2400DB theres no noise so iono what it is. Dave might be able to know though since he also had two with his freakishly huge 9+ cubic foot box

i just bought one and im having a problem i have the ground and the power wires hooked up and the green light is on with no remote wire and when i hook up the remote the speakers and the audio wires i get no sound does anyone no why?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
