ok in my past ive had magnums 15's and ne1 amps they were awsome but i sold them and i want something that still gives good bass but dont need the crazyness of wut i had is this not good enought for wut i want>?

2 alpine type r's? and a amp to give them at like 500 wattts each?

if you have the money, JL makes clean stuff that can get loud too. maybe one 12 L7?

ok dont call me a newb or anything but my VERy first system was 2 sony xploads the octogon kind i had 2 12s and i swear the bas they put out was not that bad lol

lol, i must admit, i did have 2 12" Red Sony Xplod pentagon subs as my very first system too, im not gonna lie, they got real loud, for the price they were not bad at all, and they were only running 250w rms each off a sony mono amp, i dunno why everyone dislikes sony, from my experience they were nice and would recomend them to someone on a budget

k dont tell me we had the same system this will be krazy lol was your subs the red pentagons? and did u have the red sony pentagon amp? i mean it was loud as heck lol
