I installed an alpine tda7563 with cd addon cda5755g, amp subs and 4 speakers. before i installed the cd addon, tape and radio works fine, but when i pluged in cd addon, the radio/tape output volume does not work, but when i put cd in a cd addon, volume works fine. what did i do wrong?

Now I'm having problems with my tape player, after i unplug connector from the cd addon, the control volume stop working, it can rotate volume level but sound that come out does change. Could this be my volume control from my tape player? why when i play cd in a cd addon volume control start to work?
