Help with amp hooking to subs.

I have 2 - 15 inch MTX 7000 subs in my truck. I had them wired together with the positives from both speakers and the negatives to both speakers going to the spot labeled bridged on a old kicker amp. I have had the kicker amp for around 10 years and it has stopped working. I now have bought a Hifonics Brutus amp to take its place. The instructions for the amp show each speaker connecting to the amp separately. Should I hook it up like that or keep it wired the old way. The new amp does not have the terminals labeled bridged. Someone please tell me how to connect these.

just put one sub to one x@- and the other the same. it's like my autotek
