Help! Which 5.25" Component System to get???

Hi, I'm having problems in deciding between the following 5.25" components for my BMW E39 5 Series. I will be installing it in the stock placements at the front doors and they will be powered with a 50W/channel Precision Power amp. I mostly listen to jazzy tunes...

Short-listed brands are as follows:

1. ads 235is

2. Focal Polyglass 130V (Not V2)

3. Diamond Audio M6 Series

4. Rainbow Reference Series (I assume this is the correct range for my price range as I can't remember the exact model name!)
