whats the best way to attach an amp to the back of a seat?? is it to cover a peice of plywood in carpet and screw it to the seat then screw the amp onto the wood?? is there any special way to do it or a certain way to screw the wood to the back of the seat?? please let me know what ya think....

Well you can do it either way, you're going to be screwing into the seat anyways. you could probably make an amp rack and attach it to the back of the seat and make the install look pretty clean and hide all the wires. Just an idea tho. Either one would work
