Hey i was wondering what would be the best way to setup my sysem

Here is the list of equip

1) Phoenix Gold Xenon 600.1 amp

2) Kcker 12" Compvr DVC 400rms 800 peak

1) Audiobahn 1 Farad cap

1) Dual 12 inch sealed box was for two jl 12 w0

I have 4 gauge power and ground wire

12 gauge speaker wire

I drive a 2001 dodge stratus and am wondering what the best way to wire up the sub an amp would be also what would be the best box for the subs if cotton would help or no please help me out it would be very appreciated also i run pioneer 6x9's in the front and alpine 6x9's in the rear they play extremely well of the deck but am interested if an amp would allow them to perform even better also what should i set the settings of the amp to get the most out everythig
