Help Please???

ok i recently installed my friends system and everything works good except when he turns on his car the subs hit for like 2 seconds.i have no idea what this could be from does anyone have an idea???he has his stock head unit so i had to run the remote wire to his fuse box.

maybe the amp isnt gettin enough power...need more info on the instal and amp etc etc etc
