Help please!!! im a noob...

I want to use two amps one 4 channal 600w (JBL GTO1004) and a 2 channel (Pioneer GM5300T) and a Pioneer DEH-P7800MP for my deck. My deck has specific sub woofer setting along with a 16 band eq that i want to be able to use to tune my system. As of right now i have everything hooked up but i cant use my sub-woofer settings and i dont thing my eq or other speaker settings are working. I have the one control wire coming from my deck to both amps i just spliced it together. How can i make my sub-woofer settings go to my 2 channel amp and my speaker settings to my 4 channel amp?

confused.. If your subs are weired to the right amps it should work.. If your talking about controlling them from the cd player and its not working it probably rcas are switched up
