Help Needed: Tapping Factory Audio for Midbass Signal // Factory Crossover Issues

Alright Im having some issues adding midbass drivers to my 2012 BMW 5 Series.

The sub outs on the factory amp are crossed over at 58hz. I have a line out converter tapped to the factory sub out wiring -> mono amp -> Pair of 10" subs. Low end sounds great.

Now I dont want to change out the deck or get an Audio Control LCi8 or JL Cleansweep, or change out any of the cabin components.

I bought 2x Pioneer 8" TS-SW841D. They are shallow mount SVC 8" subs and I decided to use them to fill the midbass. The factory sounds system lacks low end. I have turned down the bass on the stereo completely so that I can turn the volume up more without introducing any distortion/clipping.

Specs of the subs:

Power Handling:

Peak: 500 watts

RMS: 120 watts

Impedance: Single 4 ohm

4-Layer, long voice coil

Frequency response: 30-1500 Hz

Sensitivity: 85 dB

I split the signal of the sub outs, but the 8" dont handle well at all. Im feeding them 160w RMS each. As midbass drivers Im supposed to tap into the full range speakers for signal correct?

When I did that, I didnt get much bass output from them at all. I have them in 0.28 sealed enclosures(woofer displacement alrdy subtracted).

Someone mentioned getting signals from both the sub outs, and the full range. Without using a signal merger/sound processor, how do I merge the signals from the full range speakers and the sub outs?

Would this work-

Get a 4 channel line out converter, input 2 channels from the full range, and tape into the factory sub outs for the other 2 channel. Then use RCA Y cables from the line out converter to merge all 4 channels into 2 channels before plugging the RCAs into the amp, would that work?

Really wanna get these installed & going. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

if you want to get the signals all together your gonna need a processor, if you wanna use loc i would get a diagram of the deck out. it will have 4 channel out to stock amp which then seperates the channels to your high, mid, low.

Ok, understood. However, how do I merge the signals for the mids and lows(sub out)? I know which wires are which, I just cant figure out a way to combine 2 mid channels & 2 low channels together, into a total of 2 channels?

Find out where the signal its crossed over at, and for which speakers, and go from there. I would think that the signal from the factory sub would include the frequencies you want to accentuate. The full range speakers are likely crossed over (with a high pass filter, which is why you are having issues using a full range line), prior to amplification, by the head unit.

Edited to be more specific**
