Help me please! What to buy?

Hello,

I am installing a new setup and this is my first full install alone. I am running 2 12" type-r 4ohm dvc subs in parallel with a hifonics 1210d amp to 1ohm. Ported box about 4.5 cu @ 35hz. Going in a extended cab pickup. I am wondering what all and how many wires I need to buy to fully wire this setup including everything from hu. Also, what size wire can I get away with? And what size fuse will I need?

I would just use 1/0 wire. Knukonceptz has a nice kit. Kicker is also a good choice.

you could get away with 4 awg but in case you upgrade 1/0 is a good choice.

If that's all you're doing, 4AWG will be enough. If you plan on adding on to that in the future, consider 2AWG or 1/0AWG; keep in mind that even if you do upgrade, if you have a low power front stage you may still be able to get away with 4AWG.
