help me please asap

then you don't have enough $ for a system. seriously man if you screw up you can catch your car on fire. i've answered your questions and gave advice. if you don't know what you are doing in any situation you shouldn't be doing it. same goes for anything/anyone if you can't wire a amp you have no business installing a system.
you are a douche and your not helping me at all, i am on this forum to get help to try and not catch my car on fire, i hope you die in your sleep.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

your the most helpful one thats posted, i dont have anything in it, so do i need to pull out the h/u and run a wire form the amp and splice it into theback of the h/u so where
find the remote wire(as stated already) that is running to your h/u, usually solid blue, and splice into it, then run to your amp.

most people don't tell "the most helpful" person to STFU //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

hook your remote line to either the power antenna line off your HU or any other object in the car that turns on only when the key turns on
Doing as you're instructed him to do will almost certainly ensure that his amp will only turn on when his head unit is in tuner mode and then back off when the source is switched to CD mode or AUX if that mode is present.

The power antenna activation lead is intended for power antenna activation when in tuner mode and nothing else. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

ok on the side of the amp there are plug ins to hook up all the wires, there is a power, a remote ,a ground, and the channels.
To the terminal marked power you will connect the cable that provides 12v+ power to the amp (preferably sourced directly from the battery)

To the terminal marked ground you will connect a grounding cable. The other end of said grounding cable needs to be connected to bare metal somewhere directly connected to the chassis for best results.

The terminal marked remote needs to have a lead attached which originates from the remote accessory activation output on your head unit. Barring that it can be connected to any fuse in your fusebox that is only "live" when the car's ignition is on. This will keep the amp from being on constantly and consequently draining your battery overnight.

The connections marked channels I will assume are your inputs and this is where the RCA cables connected to the preamp outputs on your head unit need to be connected.

Hopefully I have been of some help here.

Prowler's told him the info he needs. I'd post helpful links to some sites, but he can **** off as far as I'm concerned.

If it would work on your particular head unit then I stand corrected. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifAll the HUs I have ever owned whether nice or less than nice only carried current in the antenna lead when in tuner mode so I made an assumption that they are all built this way (on HUs that have both a power antenna output and a remote accessory output)

Now I know better and have gained a bit of knowledge I did not previously have. Thanks! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

That's a bit tough, mang...

If you never attempt to do something on your own regardless of your knowledge level then you'll never learn, will you?

I know I certainly knew absolutely NOTHING about car audio when I first became interested in stereo equipment that wasn't OEM gear...hence my rather lively in-car show with my 1st aftermarket HU when it went up in flames (literally) due to being misused by a complete n00bx cube. (myself)
