HELP. I need a manual for a/d/s/ Ax2e

I have a single Ax2e and need the manual that shows jumper setting and if possible resistor values for custom headers.

ADS technologies cares no more and will not even answer my e-mails.

If anyone has one I will gladly pay(pal) for a copy.
