Hi everyone. I just got an 09 civic and decided I wanted to put a sub and an amp into it. I'm satisifed for now with the stock head unit and the speakers, but I just wanted to add some more bass to start with. I've done my research, so I have a pretty general idea about what I'm doing. I went and picked up some subs and an amp off craigslist tonight. Stoked to install them!

I'm not really sure about the deal I got.

The guy said he had only used the subs and amp for less than a month, but both are from the year 2001 from what I can tell, as evidenced by the manuals that I got. I thought I was getting a good deal by getting 2 subs and a box and an amp for $95. He told me to call him if anything was wrong, and I have his address. I'm just a little wary. The amp only puts out 60w x 2 at 4ohms and each sub is 150w RMS so it's underpowered too...

The amp is an alpine mrv-t407 and the subs are Polk Audio Ex 10.
