New to the forum but I've been an audioholic for most of my 47 years. I belong to a few other audio forums that mostly deal with home 2 channel and home theater. I've got that covered. Being single again I can afford to go crazy with my truck's audio system now. You can see by my signature I got a killer deal on some Memphis equipment. This is only a start and some will be switched over to my son's truck next year when he starts driving.

I'll be looking for suggestions for components and installation tips/locations as well as any help in developing a quality sq set-up.

nah..I'll be in Asheboro, NC working then. But I'd liked to have been able to make it. I'm home all this week and will be working on bi-amping my speakers and trying to find a better location for my tweets.

Welcome, My brother is just up in Woodstock I'm down there all the time. i have a 04 ram that I am dealing with the same situation also. i'm running Rainbow Profi V. 365's, If you are looking for some nice SQ drivers, I can highly suggest the Rainbows.

Thanks for the welcome. I just upgraded to Hertz HSK165's. These should be an improvement over the Memphis Audio's I was running. Where did you mount your tweets? I have mine temp mounted in the dash. I heard the A-Piller is a good location with them firing at eachother. Some have said A-Pillar slightly pointing inward. I've been told to mount them in the doors. WFT!!!!....LOL Got any pics of your tweets installed?

i am still workin on the 4" imaging, I have temped the tweets in the dash and the A's, I am thinking about trying them deeper in the dash pointing towards the windshield, in hopes of gaining some space. we will see.
