Heavy 2-cube Wood Box

Would a 2-cube ported Fiberglass Box be lighter then an all Wood 2-cube box? It is difficult to build a Fiberglass box and does anyone know what company will build me a custom box for a reasonable price? I am putting a G% Boston Sub in there and do not want a really heavy all wood box in my hatch.

you can just use a different wood like birch and it should be lighter than an MDF box.
