Hello, I have a rockford p3 2007-2009 whose dustcap broke in pieces when testing it. I wanted to repair it without spending money, so I cutted the cone of another woofer (pioneer ts-w307), inverted that cone, and glued it to the P3 with CA glue.
Right now, it is sounding very nice, no air leaks from the cone. My question is, because of the weight of the new cone, this woofer will have a lower or a higher fs?
