dubstep origin of birth might be from that but to my knowledge techno didnt come into play til the 90s. 80s was filled with freestyle and reminence of disco, which i grew up listening to because my parents were at dancehalls every weekend. my father of which always had subwoofers in his cars and was a dj lol. also, dub had its orgin based in the raggae jamacian vocals followed by the signature bassline that we see today as dubstep in its many different forms.Subgenres are still in the same genre bro.
Hard rock, classic rock, and grunge rock are all still ROCK bro.
Dubstep was birthed from the techno of the 80s and the bass tracks of the 90s. This is something that you can't dispute until you've gone back and listened to it, which I'm gathering, you'd have to do since you weren't there to hear it first-hand when it happened.
He's got Katy Perry **** next to him, and he's looking at the camera. FailFor example Katy Perry - E.T. (KATFYR Dubstep Remix) - YouTube I can listen to this and enjoy it.
