FoxPro throwin out some highly controversial stuff eh..
in any case I peeped the site.. got it book-marked already, im run of the mill body type not fat not skinny but im fully aware that I dont take good care of myself.. ive done fad diets and lost mad weight but its so temporary and superficial.. ima dig deeper on that site and see what i find.. maybe throw in my own .02

Good idea on this. I also need to lose some more weight. I am at 250 right now and want to get under 200 pounds. I used to be over 300 at one time. What I did was eat a bunch of those "smartone" frozen dinners. I ate 3 sometimes 4 of those a day. So 28 per week. I did that for almost 6 months and went from 311 down to 230. Then went to 270 again becasue it was too expensive to stay on that diet. Now I am down to 250 and havet done much cept cut down on what I eat and elimanate pop completley. So has been 3 months and lost 20 pounds. So gonna stay on this for awhile and see how it goes.

I think something huge that people miss is...how they got where they are. You didn't TRY to be unhealthy, its your lifestyle that causes it. And its a lifestyle change that has to be made if you plan on changing yourself. Trust me, you are a product of your lifestyle whether you realize it or not. The little things can make huge differences.

 
I've lost around 60 pounds in the last ~ 6 months.... Just been working my *** off (working, not working out, although my job is a work out), and eating 1 time a day.... Too early for me to eat breakfast when I leave (can't eat early anyway). Only eat supper (the only time I am hungry). Only drink diet cokes or water, mainly because I live with my mom and she is a diabetic. I've actually learned to like them over the years.

Sometimes I could go days without eating... I just don't feel hungry. When I do, though, I'll just usually snack. Protein bars, ets.

That's what has worked for me (the best anyway) so far in my life...

I've lost so much so fast, some of my friends think I'm on drugs... but I'm not.

BTW, I'm 6'5", and weigh around 275. (I don't weigh myself that much either)
