I've lost around 60 pounds in the last ~ 6 months.... Just been working my *** off (working, not working out, although my job is a work out), and eating 1 time a day.... Too early for me to eat breakfast when I leave (can't eat early anyway). Only eat supper (the only time I am hungry). Only drink diet cokes or water, mainly because I live with my mom and she is a diabetic. I've actually learned to like them over the years.
Sometimes I could go days without eating... I just don't feel hungry. When I do, though, I'll just usually snack. Protein bars, ets.
That's what has worked for me (the best anyway) so far in my life...
I've lost so much so fast, some of my friends think I'm on drugs... but I'm not.
BTW, I'm 6'5", and weigh around 275. (I don't weigh myself that much either)
