health care tax law.. and drinking

I totally hate that the government wants to force me to buy something. Car insurance is one thing, it is an elective cost. They make you insure the car if you don't want to buy insurance don't own a car. Forced health insurance is BS cause there is no way to avoid it the way the worded it. If you are totally spending/making money that is your right. Be a squating homeless guy that eats out of trash cans and you won't even have to pay taxes, but now if you get caught you still have to pay $750 a year for NOT HAVING HEALTH INSURANCE.

Yes I have been drinking only 8 or so and eating a ham and cheese Hot Pocket as I type.

While it is jacked up that the Supreme Court did NOT find it "Unconstitutional" to be forced into a socialistic mock up of Obama-Care, there is only one way to prevent it. The only way out if it is to remove him from office. Plain and Simple. In his press release he claimed this was a bill he intended to see to the end if re-elected. Poll's show that 60%.... 60%!!!!!!!!.... of Americans do not support Obama-care. Yet, "We The People", let this type of $h!t go on..

Also, this bill not only "REQUIRES" individuals to have health insurance, it is built as a Tier system. Upper class pays the most, middle class obviously a bit less, and the poverty stricken pay the least. Sound find and dandy?? Well here is the kicker. IF the poverty stricken CAN NOT afford the premiums with the aid of the forced extra contributions from the upper class, then they are still subject to a Federal Fine for not having Medical Insurance. HAHA!! "Can't afford your insurance premium for you and your family.. Give me money!!" great logic Mr. President. Now they are broke, in debt to the government, and still have no insurance while the rest of America pays "extra" premiums for a lost cause.

Medicaid will most likely not exist anymore.

When Romney gets in he'll just give a waiver to all 50 states and it'll be done with anyway. Besides, there's already 4 (and counting) Republican governors that aren't going to honor the law anyway. If he can pick and choose what to obey and what not to, ie; Arizona's immigration laws. Then certainly the governors can pick and choose what they want to follow. This is a lawless administration that needs to go. How do you figure our Atty Gen going after any state that wants to follow their immigration laws but not going after the Black Panthers for putting a price on the head of George Zimmerman, the "white hispanic". The media is in bed with him and his ilk as well. If George Bush would've pulled 1/2 the shlt as this a$$hole he'd already be impeached.

This healthcare mandate was written by insurance company lobyists and ROMNEY was the one who first did this in Massachusetts.

Drive through every big city and look at the biggest palaces and who owns all the sports stadiums and such. Banks and insurance companies in every city I've been through.

This is pure fascism, where government becomes merely a collection agency and enforcement of status quo controlled by the most powerful corporations.

The largest problem with this entire administration is this entire welfare state that they are setting up for us... and welfare states NEVER succeed.

What is the larger problem in this country, is that the average american is so dumbed down by corporate media, that they think that Romney is any better? Do people not realize that both are the same exact puppets on the corporate strings? The federal govt is the most inefficient, corrupt entity of our country, and yet people want more? where the hell do they think this money is going to come from? I think it was funny, watching the debates over the last months, and seeing people be spoon fed the same political banter, without realizing... they are all saying the same fvcking thing. Yes there may be little differences here and there, but there is only one candidate who really proposes any REAL change. And what happened to him? A complete blackout, and even outright attacks from the corporate media.... And americans bought it!!! Really does make you lose all hope in the human race.

Funny thing is, i tend to swing more to the left, when it comes to social issues, in particular civil liberties... and yet, the ONLY candidate who i could ever see myself voting for, is a republican.

Too true. The only difference between both partys now is rhetoric. And I would also say that the masses really believe that the government's sole purpose of existance is to provide for them or keep them safe from lifes boogeymen and scraped knees like mommy and daddy.

This is why "Democracy" is only half a step away from socialism, inevidably the stupid and lazy majority realize they can vote themselves a free ride at the expense of the producers (and their descendents).
