headunit troubles

sry for prolly remakin a thread if not, then nvm. my headunit had been messin up whenever i throw a disc in usally it will play fine for a song or 2, then it starts to almost hiss for a song or 2 then eventually starts skipping for about 10 sec after that it ends in error or a giant long skip. going to try and get a dust off can and shoot it in their see if its just a lil dusty other that lookin for any kind of help as to wat it maybe. i also have a older clarion headunit (2-3yrs). any body? also the dust off didnt work.. wondering if i send it in to fix if its worth it or if i should just save for a new 1? help much appreciated

go try a cd/dvd player cleaner... if not get a new deck..
