just as the title states.
in my friends rsx he has a kenwood headunit, with hifonics amp running 2 kicker subs (the amp wasnt working when he called me to come help)
so following each wire and testing and seeing if anything came undone, i found that his remote wire had come loose. so i crimp it together and scold him for tie/elec. taping and when i turn up the volume the head unit shuts off.
at first i thought it would turn off when i turned up the volume but it continues to do it in all ranges
when i d/c the remote wire the head unit continues to run fine and doesnt shut off. what gives? the only thing i did was hook on the head-unit and snip his ground and wire it to the chasis. i re-checked each wire a couple of times and found nothing wrong
