headunit in 2000 Celica

I got a girl comming in today for a headunit install and she drives a 2000 Celica GTS.

She already has an amp and sub hooked up to her stock cd player so Im hoping some things are already done.

But I have no idea how to get the stock stereo out. Anyone help me out?
