Headunit / Amp problem? No speaker sound?

Hey guys... well here is the situation.... I listened to my music before stepping out of my car from work.... worked fine.... but after 4 hours of work.... it wouldnt play any music when i turned the car on... The headunit worked... cd player worked... tuner... aux port... but no music comes out of my speakers / subs

Went under hood, expecting blown fuse or something.... Idk when a fuse blows... but i still saw a straight solid metal line on both alt to battery and battery to 2nd battery.... I then went to my 2nd battery.... looking to see if voltage made it.... It did and it put out the voltage to distro then from distro to amps.... i measured voltage at amps and it was 12.95 sooo it working..... but no voltage is leaving amp..... and my rcas are connected???? what would cause no music to be playing? rca's on headunit not working?? what could it be?

How do u tell if fuses on amps arn't blown or fuses in fuseholders? what does it look like?

Help please... i can be pateint because sent my midbasses to cdt for warrenty and cant listen to system without them because it could cause harm on x over... so i have about 1 - 2 weeks without music.... shipped today...

Also could this problem be related to the fact that recently my front speakers have been turning off at around volume 19 on headunit when few weeks ago... they played at 24 since headunit was tuned to max at 26 out of 35?

Are the amps turning on? I had a similar problem and the cause was a faulty turn on lead wire.

as in the remote wire itself or? what?

In my case, one of the crimps came loose on the wire.
