Headphones for under 70?

I was wondering what the best headphones for under around 70 i could get are. What brand or model is the best for that price? I am looking for noise canceling headphones, but not too clunky, thanks for the advice!

I bought my brother some senhieser HD 212 Pro's for his guitar.....I think they rock, may not sound as good as other but fine for the $60 I paid for em.. They are not however noise cancelling though.

what are you looking for...

- over the ear

- in the ear

- open air

- home use

- portable

these do that, and what i had, but they broke, so there DJ headphones, and i like the style, but want better bass..etc, any suggestions?
