headlights flickers when bass hits

jus installe amp and cap in my 96 dc but everytime the bass hits my headlights and interior lights flickers. don't know wats wrong or wat i need to do. can anyone help me with this problem.

Big 3, battery, lose the cap, possibly HO alt (but not likely)...
