I have a 2007 Chrylser Pacifca Tourning Edition 4.0 and I want to replace the factory radio with something that will allow me to use my iphone for music.

I have called a few shops around my area (I have even tried Cruthfield) because I am confused. I am trying to figure out what wiring harness I will need for the install. Every shop I have called have given me a different answer. There seems to be some confusion weather or not I will need an expensive harness ($180.00) or a basic harness. I don't have the premium sound system and have checked for a factory subwoofer that they keep telling me I have. One shop even told me that Chryslers don't have harnesses available they all need to be re-wired and it was going to cost a pretty penny!

Is there anyway I can confirm what is accurate before getting to deep in this?

PLZ HELP!!

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
