Head Unit Recommendation for N00b ?

Hi Folks, I’m a car audio ignoramus after a quick and easy recommendation. I want to swap the head unit in my 2002 Pajero (seen the youtube vid on how to replace) with a basic iCarPlay unit that connects via bluetooth. I don’t need CD/DVD, hard drives or anything like that. I will keep the existing original speakers. 

Can you help me please ?
