Alright, I just managed to install my new head unit (yay) and to use it. However, the settings doesn't get saved after turning off the car and leaving it for a while. According to the internet it may be because of swapped red/yellow wire.
So, my questions are: Exactly how do I swap the wires around? Can I remove the pins and swap those? If so, exactly how do I remove them?
Seconth question: does it hurt my car/the car battery in any way if I don't do this?
Thanks in advance

Yellow wire is constant 12 volts for the memory/clock/settings.
Red is switched 12 volts so it turns the headunit off when the car is turned off.

Sounds like your yellow wire is wired to switched 12 volts and not constant 12 volts.

Why not cut the wires and switch them. Make sure you insulate the wires to prevent a short. The yellow wire should be the constant wire that stays hot after you cut off the car. This is what helps to retain memory/settings.The Red wire is the switched power wire. This one goes dead when you turn off the ignition.

It shouldn't hurt your car/battery if you don't. However, you could drain the battery if you forget to cut your radio off.

Check grounds real well. maybe even add a chassis ground if it doesn't have one already. And check the switched power lead wire for any issues.

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
