Head unit power and wiring question

Hey guys, I just got done installing a new 4chan amp and door speakers. I re-wired everything, ran new wires for front and rear speakers and unplugged factory amp. When i tried to turn Head unit on nothing happened. I checked the voltage on the red wire coming out of the stock harness, and there is no voltage.

Checked all my fuses and relays and they are fine 0.o. So i ended up running a wire from my fuse box (cabin lights fuse i think) up into my head unit area, i tried hooking it to the red wire(off head unit), and yellow wires(off head unit) individually but nothing happened. When i hooked all 3 together (red and yellow off of head unit, and wire i rigged off the fuse, the head unit turned on and worked perfectly. But when i turn the car off the head unit stays on.

Any suggestions on what to do? If I can just rig it using wires from the fuse box thats good enough for me. Just not sure what to do at this point.

Btw: vehicle is 1999 toyota landcruiser, head unit is a pioneer DEH-4300UB, but is getting replaced tomorrow with a Power Acoustik Power Acoustik PD-710B if i can figure this wiring problem out

yellow wire on back of the headunit is constant pwr (always has pwr) the red on the back of the deck needs to be connected to the accessories so it can only be turned on when the key is turned.

so i'd suggest you find your accessory pwr behind the dash or ask some1 to do it for you.
