Head Unit Cover?

For those decks out there that does not have the feature to detach it and leave it in the box, is there some sorta thing out there that i can place on top of the deck that can just snap on or something to cover the face of the deck, due to visibility?

Im not sure how good you are at fabing..

you can pull the face off your oem hu & put a peace of velco or somethin like that to hold it on

or fab up something using the stock hu face..

thats about it..

seen some motorized stuff in mags but thats a ton of work.. depends on how much time & money your willing to put into the project..

i have seen people wire the headunit where the faceplate is in the visor there was a red s10 on cardomain with that

ok thanks ya'll. too bad theres not like a black curtain that hangs above the top and then just brings down and clips to the bottom ot something.

you can rig it up to were you can just slide the whole deck out as well and just pull the harness and rca's off it and set it under your seat thats one thing i use to do. Just get those clips that slide in the side of the hu to unlock it and pull it out will take you 1 min to get it out and under the seat very easy.
