I will be replacing the Head unit on my jeep patriot. I was thinking about getting this:

Sony Xplod MEX-BT2900 $159.99

Is there another head unit that you would recommend that is of equal value or cheaper? I want the ability to stream music from my phone to my radio via Bluetooth.
