HDC312's or SPL12's?

what do you think? same size box (2.5ft^3 net), same power (2kw rms) same tuning (38hz)...

SPL12's are $30 more, both are brand new from the manufacturer. I LOVED my HDC315 but my SPL15 SLAMMED pretty **** nice too! HDC315 was a little louder I think but then that really was my first "real" system and the SPL15 came about 5 systems and 2 years later so that might be a huge factor in that...

I am really stuck on this one, I like the look of the HDC's more but I don't want that to be the deciding factor... might have to just flip a coin when ordering time comes and see what I get LOL (ordering them Thursday)

they look ****in MEAN! the SPL12's themselves are like $30 cheaper but shipping is like $60 more so...

HDC312's are $578 shipped

Go with the mach 5's, Theyll handle a lot more power. They may not be quite as daily orientated but theyll still bump.

How much power did you have on the mach5 when you tested it against the hdc?
