For the size of the 15 it should probably be louder. Its like 1.5" bigger than a normal 15" sub too.

The hcca is naturally going to be more efficient down low and has the power handling advantage..

The

Mayhams has a more powerful motor and is a lot more efficient above 45 hz..

The hcca will don nicely in a small gig tuned biz if you can give them 4kw wher as the mayhem in a large ported box will only need 3k...
