They would be powering a single mag 12. I think I’m leaning towards the Orion. I don’t need the extra power, and since it’s smaller, that works out better for me. Not to mention the slick features it has any reason to go with the Sundown? Aside from fulfilling the ultimate boner (since I think that I am getting SLCs too).

And anyone know a good place to get the Orion, preferably authorized?

They are both nice amplifiers.

If the price is the same, I would go with the SAZ-1500D just to support a small American business.

It also has a great warrantee.

no it does not, the orion will put out around 1300rms at 1, the sundown will put out alot more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and also goes to .5 ohms. I guess its all in your needs for a amp.

A mag would be fine on a Sundown i would think at 1ohm, just dont crank the gain, and then you have an amp just in case you get a second one.
