Hawker Energy Spiral Batts??

Any good? Thoughts? Pros/cons? They seem small as hell so im thinking i could stick 2 under the hood and be good to go with a HO alt, planning on powering a HK4000 and 2 15" qs and eventually a smaller 4 channel for highs. Would these be a good battery to go with? I can get some pretty cheap right now locally.

to be honest im not sure, the guy is local and just said he would make me a deal on them and me not knowing much about hawker, im just seeing whats up on them. He said they were like 6 inches X 3 inches X 8 inches i think, i know that doesnt help much but maybe. lol. I figured if they are that small i could fit 2 under my hood and not have to worry about having an extra in the back...hopefully.

BTW, its 2 for 60 of these batts, and they are new i believe.

So they are a good battery then? Im not really all that familiar with batts in general so thats why im asking, i just wanted some feedback, ill try and get a model real quick.

No he said specifically a battery, i even asked him if he thought i could run 2 of these under the hood and power a MA Audio, he also said its the same batts he uses. They are just hella small, i may have the dimensions off a little but im pretty sure they are close to what he said, ive asked him what the model was so ill post it as soon as i get a response.

so do batcaps work the same as a battery? Do they function the same? He also mentioned that these are the 15 volt versions or something about 15 volts and said that even out of the car they sit at >14.4 which seemed pretty strong to me for the price. Especially if they are small enough to fit 2.

from the title of this tread you said "Hawker Energy Spiral Batts" aka Cyclone cells, which are 2 volt batteries and also what makes up a battcap...

put 6 of them to together you get a 14V battery...

Hmm interesting. So if that is the case, would they work about the same as a good battery? (meaning optima, deka, etc.)
