whatever it is thats best for offroading. I thought it was high gears that got you the torque they need?

depends on ho you look at it...... numariclly(sp) higher gives you more toque but most people such as myself prefer to say lower gears just because it makes more since

i wouldnt have thought it either till i got under one at a buddies place. he lifted it like 10 inches for some 35's. Show truck if u can believe that. they have big v8's, High gears are available of course as it IS a dana 60 in the rear.

my friend has 5.56 gears on his 4runner, hes pretty ghey

i am still debating on 4.56's or 4.10's, but i still have a lot more power than that 4 runner.

umm, a dana 60 is a differential. my gf's dad just got his new currie 44 front and 60 rear for his crawler.

first things first to be a good solid,strong 4x4 truck u need a straight front. 2nd jeeps own all. soooooo many things u can do /get for them.

x2, the forced articulation is important

Never really worked with Toyotas, but it's my understanding that both Yotas and Nissans are solid axle. This makes them good candidates for off-roading.

Yeah if they're from the 80's lol. There's barely any trucks comin with straight axles up front any more. I mean **** the new jeeps are a armed all the way around (****ing blasphemy on that one).

im sorry your so butthurt that I have a nice car I dont have to pay for. My father and mother both do very well, and want us to live a good life. It wont be that way forever. Im trying to find a better job than some 6 or 7 dollar an hour gig right now. Something like inventory for a larger company, or something where I actually have a desk, and my own deal. I make decent money off of plans and installs here in town and do well for myself for every day needs. I dont make enough to pay my car note and insurance, but dont think my parents dont get what money I can give them. Other than that, I don't care what you think as you dont know the whole story. Maybe your folks shoulda stepped up and tried making some real cash, so there kid wasnt such a ****in toolbag when he learned what the internet was.
