got the sub in 4.2cu.ft @38hz, man, it is LOT louder than my arsenal, and the lows are pretty much there and are louder also, the only thing is the real low end extention isnt there like the arsenal and it needs more power though:crap: i'm giving it 1000rms, also, IMO it sounds very good, tight, controlled, i feel the music is more full now because of the upper end bass that the arsenal lacked because of the box.

I am very happy with the result, can't imagine with 1500-2000rms how it'll sound.

The absence of " the low end" might be the result of only feeding it 1000 watts when the rms was 1500 watts.

yea, it is cuz of the box also

I would give it 500 more watts and 2 more cubes

no money for a new amplifier and that is the largest enclosure i could put in my car

i forgot to say it gets low enough for my liking for now, down to 35hz its pretty neat.

you should of gotten the 15 if thats the biggest box you could get in your car, the 18 should require almost double that to get the right sound.

it doesnt sound ugly at all.

like i said, its tight and controlled, and not too peaky, i expected to be more peaky beacause of the tuning, but it isnt.

i like it alot, it looks good, crossover settings are amazing, and you can go active with easily, as far as power, it gets loud enough to hurt my ear.

its been around a year I have it, had no problem with it since day one, still running strong
