Having trouble playing cassettes.

Hello,

The cassette player function is not working in my Pioneer KE-2303QR. When I push the cassette into the player, nothing happens, the radio still continues to play. It should be switching over to the cassette mode when I insert the tape (or CD adapter).

This seems like it should be an easy fix (cleaning a contact or fixing a spring, etc).

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
