having problems witih Zapco DC reference amp

I just got Zapco DC reference 1000.4 and 1000.1 amps. They are works of art. The problem comes when trying to adjust the settings with my computer. I was able to properly set up my 1000.1. However, the 1000.4 is giving me problems. Its acting like din switch 5 is always on and keeps going into firmware update mode. I have tried powering the amp off and on with the same results.

Any suggestions?

I would say go to zapcos website and to there forum but there site is down right now So Call this # 209-577-4268 Ask for Robert or Bob
