Having issues with the highs

Having issues with the highs. I have 4 kickers cs5 5 1/4" on a Dual XPR540, with a JVC KD-SR61 deck. The issues is that when im listening to music after couple while the highs will stop and only play the lows and mids. Dont know what the problem is and I search for it online and have no luck. Any one have any idea on what going on? Did i wired something wrong? Just needs some help.

Tweeters are protecting because your amp is junk and you are overdriving it

I had a feeling that was the case. What recommendation you have to power the little kicker

Set that one up right first. Once that's done evaluate what's lacking.
