just don't turn your gain up to much. you can hook almost any amp up to it, as long as you do it right.

Too many fools responding about things they dont understand. ^^This guy is correct.

Keep your gains down and your fine. In fact, your better off as you have more headroom available. Using a 50 watt amplifier does not mean the speaker will always be getting 50 watts. In fact, rarely will it. Plus add in the fact that when you turn it up, you eventually start clipping the signal.

Basically, your better off using a higher powered amplifier and turning back the gains. Less distortion, more headroom.
