Ya, he did ok. I mean he will leave with one of the lowest opinion ratings of any president, a recession, and a trillion dollar defecit...and he only let two buildings in New York get hit by our own airplanes.

But at least he always kept to his word. That speaks about his character anyhow.

I was surprised he didn't get blamed for Katrina yet....you know that was his fault as well. He could have told that Hurricane to turn around.

I don't blame him for anything honestly. I don't think he was ever blamed for the hurricane, but the fact it took X number of days to get things moving was a bit sad.

All in all, he was an ok president. We have had much better.

You lost a brother and a cousin who CHOSE to defend their country in any fashion deemed necessary by the leaders. You should honor the noble choice they made instead of dwelling and placing blame on someone who didn't force this outcome on them.

That is something Ive seen from Bush that i never sae either Mccain or Obama. They both swayed with whatever was the most popular opinion at the time. When Bush said that he would do something, he did it. I might not of agreed with every little choice that he did, but he stuck to his word.
